Music Prince Edward Island has been most fortunate to have Newcap Broadcasting and their 2 Island stations Ocean 100 and K-Rock 105 as the title sponsor for the 2006 music awards show. Newcap has given a total commitment to promoting the show and are mostly responsible for creating a huge buzz within the province for this years show.

Newcap has become a true partner to Music PEI for the long term and has committed long term funding to support the associations endeavour to represent and promote the music industry on PEI.
