Request for Proposals – Graphic Design Services
Music PEI is a non-profit member services organization devoted to advancing careers of Island musicians. Music PEI is actively seeking ways to promote, foster and develop artists and the music industry on PEI. The Association acts as an advocate for the Island music industry and a representative at the national table.
Music PEI is soliciting bids from qualified graphic designers for the newly branded Canadian Song Conference & Credit Union May Run Music Festival (formerly Music PEI Week) taking place from May 11 – 17, 2015.
These are two new events running side-by-side and building on the previous Music PEI Week. They will each require new branding building on the branding developed by Music PEI over the past 13 years of the Music PEI Week Award Shows, concerts, conference and events.
The Canadian Song Conference will bring artists and music industry professionals in from across the country and the US to educate, inform and network with our PEI artists. The professional development conference is a major developmental tool for our music industry. Music PEI hopes to develop this event into a major event on the Canadian Music Industry calendar over the long term and create a national profile.
The Credit Union May Run Music Festival is a new event designed to draw audiences not only from PEI but also a major marketing focus on Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The goal will be to create a major event in mid-May that will help to increase visitation to PEI and showcase our best artists along with carefully selected artists from across Canada.
Music PEI will also consider and encourage bids that include in-kind work in trade for a partial sponsorship and or self-promotion through the event.
Deadline to submit is Friday, January 9, 2015. Complete details can be found HERE.
