Music PEI Is Building A New Website
Music PEI is seeking proposals from qualified consultants, firms or individuals to
develop a new website.
Proposals should include, but not be limited to, the following components:
• Evidence of extensive knowledge in developing a website
• Outline and plan for ongoing support after website launch
• Provide past examples of work
• Must include recent testimonials and references
• The developer must be able to abide by the above timeline
• Review attached website wireframe for more details
The Consultant, firm or individual shall be selected according to the following
criteria:
• Experience and satisfactory performance on similar contracts
• The number, qualifications, and experience of personnel to be assigned or
made available
• The depth and detail of the submission which indicates the understanding
of the requirements of the Terms of Reference and the size, complexity
and time constraints of the job
• Work organization and methodological approach
• The turnaround time established; workable and realistic timetable
• Evaluation of the proposed fees and disbursements
• The degree of experience that the consultant has in working with non-
profits and arts organisations
• Availability of consultant, firm or individual
• Listed referrals will be contacted by the First Nation to ensure that the
firm has the experience and qualifications to undertake the work
• Overall proposal presentation
