Crabbe Road Productions Crabbe Road Productions (Springvale, PE)

Crabbe Road is a relatively new studio established in Jan 2018. In this short period of time we were blessed to work with many great local talents such Irish Mythen, Mark Haines, Atlantic String Machine, Alan Dowling to name a few. Last year Crabbe Road studio participated in Canadian Songwriter Challenge and provided sound production services to Montague Summer Days Cultural Festival and DiverseCity Festival.

The Hill Sound Studios The Hill Sound Studios A & B (Charlottetown, PE)

The Hill Sound Studio is an established recording studio in downtown Charlottetown. Recent clients include Paper Lions, Sorrey, Logan Richard, Dylan Menzie, Kinley Dowling and many many more. Many productions from The Hill have been nominated for ECMA's this year.

The Hill Sound Studio boasts two full production suites in downtown Charlottetown. Studio A is a fully sound treated outbuilding on the property running a decked out ProTools system and hardware by API, Rupert Neve Designs, SSL, Royer, Warm Audio and more.

Studio B, located in the front of the house, is fully sound treated with high ceilings and hosts the same, up to date ProTools system with an Antelope Audio front end and a massive suite of plugins from Waves, Acustica Audio, Sepctrasonics, Oeksound and more.

The Nest Recording Studio The Nest Recording Studio (Summerside, PE)

Centrally located in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, The Nest is the brainchild of an experienced engineer, an accomplished recording artist and a veteran drummer. Designed and built from the ground up specifically for sound and sound alone, The Nest is the little studio with a lot of heart. The Nest takes pride in using the latest technologies combined with a more traditional approach to recording and providing an intimate, inspiring and creative environment in which to produce your next sonic adventure. Conveniently located in a purpose built, single room facility in Summerside, Prince Edward Island that was designed with efficiency, acoustics and comfort in mind. In the short time since The Nest was formed, numerous great artists have been privy to its nuance (The Mitch Schurman Band, Drea MacDonald, Mike Dixon, Eddy Quinn, Nikkie, Sweetheart Jim & The Bros. Grimm) and it has only just begun!

The Sound Mill Recording Studio The Sound Mill Recording Studio (Emyvale, PE)

The Sound Mill is Prince Edward Island's premier audio recording and production facility, owned and operated by 2019 ECMA Producer of the Year nominee Jon Matthews. The studio has been crafting world class recordings for artists of all genres for over fifteen years, and was once again named Music PEI's “Recording Studio of the Year” in 2019 – the sixth time winning this accolade - and is a six-time nominee for ECMA 'Studio of the Year'.

The studio features a one-of-a-kind acoustically designed recording environment, built using the same design principles and construction methods found in the world’s top recording studios. It's comfortable and modern, cozy and inviting, and offers clients ultimate ease of workflow, with superior room to room isolation and perfect sightlines, and separate tracking and control rooms which have been purpose-built for excellent sound, from the ground up.

The Studio At The Guild The Studio At The Guild (Charlottetown, PE)

The Studio at the Guild is home to David Rashed Productions. Whether it’s his experience with many local songwriters / bands / vocalists; David has been either been working or performing in recording studios for over 33 years, and has always had a keen interest in recording. As the keyboardist for Canadian rock legends, and PEI’s own, Haywire, he’s made it a priority to be on top of the current technologies. In 2001, David enrolled in Fanshawe college's Digital Application program, getting the extra skills needed to operate his own production studio.
