Maureen has been writing songs for decades but has only recently starting performing them for others. With a style most closely associated with folk, she has an eclectic music collection she draws influence from. in 2017, her song 'Goodbye' reached the national semi-final stage of the CBC Searchlight Competition and it was then she decided to embark on recording her first full-length album.
