Artist Selections for Showcase PEI 2013
Submissions for Showcase PEI 2013, taking place September 23-25, opened in mid February. All submissions were sent to jury for review and the final selections have been made based on jury results.
Music PEI Membership Fees to Increase May 1, 2013
Since its inception in 2007 Music PEI’s membership fees have remained the same while continuing to offer more programs and opportunities for members each year.
Music PEI Announces AGM & Nominations for Board
Music PEI will hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) Tuesday, June 25 starting at 7PM. Location to be announced soon. The AGM will provide a summary of Music PEI's past year’s activities, financial statements, future events and announcement of the new Board of Directors.
The Songs of Gene MacLellan Make National Debut on CBC TV
Music PEI and CBC are proud to present a remarkable concert which pays tribute to the legendary PEI singer/songwriter, Gene MacLellan. The concert was recorded at Zion Presbyterian Church January 2012. It will air across the country on CBC Television on Saturday April 6th at 12:00noon ET.

Eastlink East Coast Music Week wrapped up on Sunday night with the Awards Show Gala and the four day festival garnered a lot of interest for many Island artists who not only showcased their talents for many national and international delegates but were nominated for numerous awards.
